We're looking for an Account Manager to take Fiix's explosive revenue growth to a whole new level.

As a software sales specialist, your number one focus will be to drive revenue through selling our cutting-edge cloud solution to current customers.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing a sales engine that quickly and easily scales with our breakneck growth.


What you will do:

  • Driving a full sales cycle within our customer base achieving or overachieving on your sales targets.
  • Building relationships to maximize successful outcomes.
  • Make prospecting an integral part of your regular routine ensuring new contacts are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis.
  • Presenting a company and a product to anyone in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or facetoface.
  • Develop a sales strategy and plan to bring sales to a close while balancing the needs of customers.
  • Understand and identify needs, and the nature and complexities of a customer's business or department.
  • Managing sales process; developing strategic account plans, solutions and presentations that leverage opportunities prior to, during and after the sale.
  • Move the sale through the entire sales process actively engaging other Fiix resources as necessary to ensure success.
  • Produce recommendations based on customer pain points educating customers on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the financial and strategic realities of the customer.
  • Track and maintain project milestones and timelines while managing customer expectations.
  • Keeping on top of cutting edge trends and tools shaping the industry.
  • Working with marketing and product teams to find efficient paths to successful and profitable customers.
  • Prospecting through high volume outreach programs to find the next Fiix customer.
  • You will also act as a mentor to more junior sales representatives on the team by providing feedback and guidance.
  • Build and manage a quantifiable 12month sales pipeline

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or Equivalent Relevant Experience in Sales
