Global Automation Manager

About our Team

Join us as the Global Automation Manager and become a vital part of the Global Customer Operation team at Lexis Nexis Legal & Professional. Your role will involve revolutionizing business processes digitally on a global scale.

About the Role

As the Global Automation Manager, you will lead automation projects with significant organizational impact. Your responsibilities will include managing complex assignments to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a proven track record in automation project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support L&P Operations by driving strategic projects and serving as an expert in automation
  • Plan and execute automation projects to meet goals and drive improvements
  • Lead dedicated automation resources in code creation, testing, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement solutions
  • Work with GCO practitioners on process mapping and benchmarking
  • Ensure correct implementation of solutions and compliance with audit requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in process automation
  • Proven project management skills with multi-project handling experience
  • Understanding of business operations and processes
  • Proficiency in business process mapping and communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
