Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:

-
Subject matter expert on marketing automation, including production execution, lifecycle marketing, analytics and integrations.

  • Work alongside the analysts and specialists to ensure accuracy of reporting and data governance programs.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with the commercial and architecture teams on key initiatives such as implementing personalization capabilities and website optimization and tracking.
  • Continually create and manage platform performance, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, sync/system errors, forms, landing pages, tracking, automations, segmentation, channel management, retention and privacy policies.
  • Monitor and update scoring, MQL and lead lifecycle operational programs to support alignment between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other business units.
  • Manage integrations, including CRM, event management platform, webinar platform, live chat, and other tools in the technology stack.
  • Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance.
  • Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied functional teams.
  • Owning the MarTech vendor relationships and strategic plan for macrolevel maturity, usage and transition.
  • Onboarding, training and managing coop students on a rotational basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing automation and CRM integrations.
  • Current or recent Marketo Certified Expert certification. Salesforce certification is an asset.
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Solution oriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Understands business requirements and can translate those requirements into technical specifications and business cases.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment, and has strong project management instincts, including the skills to accurately specify project timeframes, risks and dependencies.
  • Enjoys working in crosscollaborative teams with a strong sense of curiosity and capacity to both learn from and teach others.
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly correlate new concepts to existing knowledge.
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with team members, vendors and partners, and can foster cooperation in nonhierarchical relationships.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability along with a commitment to delivering highquality technology infrastructure that balances technical and business goals.
