Nous recherchons des Expert(e)s en matière de dotation et/ou relations de travail, de niveau HR/RH-05 (PE-04)
- Les opérations RH offrent une atmosphère de travail collégiale où vous pouvez vous engager et évoluer avec une grande équipe de professionnels dévoués;

Centre d'expertise du renouvellement du personnel
- Développer et livrer des formations et offrir de l'expertise technique aux conseillers et aux adjoints en RH;
- Gérer différents enjeux régionaux complexes sur la dotation;
- Fournir un apport aux stratégies et aux plans régionaux de la dotation ainsi qu'aux politiques nationales de l'ARC
- Assurer une liaison avec les collègues de la dotation ministérielle sur des cas complexes.

Centre d'expertise des relations en milieu de travail
- Assume un rôle de leadership, fournit une expertise technique sur des situations complexes de relations de travail, telles que l'interprétation des conventions collectives, l'administration des mesures disciplinaires et le recours à la haute direction et autres intervenants en ressources humaines;
- Fournit un soutien et des conseils à la haute direction et aux autres intervenants des ressources humaines concernant les diverses questions de relations de travail;
- Effectue des analyses sur les tendances régionales en relations de travail;
- Contribue au développement professionnel des conseillers en relations de travail par du coaching personnalisé et des présentations techniques sur des sujets d'intérêt et des sujets d'actualité en relations de travail;
- Fournit une contribution aux politiques et stratégies nationales et régionales de relations de travail afin de réaliser les objectifs et les priorités d'affaires de l'Agence.
