Victaulic, founded in 1919, revolutionized pipe assembly with the invention of the "Victory Joint." Today, it's a global leader in grooved mechanical pipe joining and flow control solutions.

With over 4,000 patents and operations in 140+ countries, Victaulic serves various industries, including commercial construction, fire protection, industrial construction, maritime, mining, oil, gas, chemical, power generation, and water/wastewater.

Notable projects include the Hoover Dam, World Trade Center Complex, Eiffel Tower, and Shanghai Tower. With 5,500+ employees and 700+ sales reps. , Victaulic continues to innovate and exceed customer expectations worldwide.

Reporting to the Western Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will be a key player in driving the growth and advancement of our cutting-edge product solutions with a primary focus on engaging engineers and professionals within the construction industry.


Strategic Business Development:

Drive the adoption of our product solutions through a deep understanding of the construction community, with an emphasis on technical specifications and engineering requirements.

Work collaboratively to enhance product awareness, emphasizing its full range of technical solutions.

Technical Expertise:
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the product's technical scope, market solutions, and services.
Demonstrate strong engineering skills in writing and developing design specifications to effectively communicate with technical audiences.

Conduct small group councils, engaging the highest levels of owners, engineers, and product executives for effective development and execution.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Construction Management, or BCOM. A Master's degree in Mechanical or Construction Management or an MBA will be considered a significant plus.
Extensive and relevant experience within the construction and engineering fields.

Proven track record in sales, including account management, achieving targets, and successfully driving complex sales at the owner and engineering levels.


Technical Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Professional demeanor and appearance, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
