UnitiWall is in search of a talented Sales Operations Specialist to provide crucial support to our Chief Business Development Officer and Sales Director by managing our HubSpot CRM system and implementing sales strategies.

What you will be responsible for

CRM Proficiency and Sales Data Analysis:
Act as the expert user of HubSpot CRM, optimizing its features to support sales operations.

Establish and execute a comprehensive sales analytics framework to monitor, analyze, and present sales data, contributing to the enhancement of sales strategies and processes.


Sales Leads Identification and Development:
Proactively search for sales leads utilizing platforms like ConstructConnect to identify promising opportunities aligned with our sales objectives.

Evaluate sales leads through thorough research and interaction via LinkedIn, email, and our broad agent network to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.


Proposal Creation and Sales Assistance:


Work closely with sales teams to develop and enhance sales proposals customized to meet each client's specific requirements and align with UnitiWall's strategic goals.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce and manage effective sales materials that support both the sales team and customer interactions.


Client Interaction and Relationship Building:


Establish and nurture relationships with key clients through direct outreach and cold calling, assisting in establishing and fostering strong professional connections.

Maintain detailed records of client communications in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and relationship continuity.


Teamwork and Process Enhancement:


Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure consistency in strategies and the development of a unified brand message across all channels.

Continuously explore avenues to enhance the effectiveness of sales processes, including lead generation, sales monitoring, and customer engagement practices.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:
Demonstrated experience in sales operations, particularly in the construction or architectural product industries.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advanced lead generation techniques.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, with a history of leveraging CRM data for sales achievements.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability in handling complex sales cycles and client relationships.
