Descripción del Trabajo:
- Colaborar con el equipo de proyecto y los equipos interfuncionales para supervisar la planificación del proyecto, asegurando el logro de los objetivos del proyecto
- Desarrollar, administrar y actualizar todos los planes de proyecto utilizando el software de gestión de proyectos de Microsoft
- Organizar y liderar reuniones de revisión de proyectos para garantizar la finalización oportuna de las etapas de desarrollo del proyecto de acuerdo con los procedimientos relevantes
- Servir como enlace entre la empresa y el cliente cuando sea necesario para cumplir con los plazos del proyecto y garantizar una alta satisfacción del cliente
- Monitorear y comunicar el progreso del proyecto a las partes interesadas internas y externas
- Coordinar tareas del proyecto con proyectos en curso y alertar al Director de Ingeniería sobre posibles conflictos de recursos
- Identificar riesgos y obstáculos y desarrollar planes para abordarlos y mitigarlos.
- Reportará al Gerente Senior de Gestión de ProgramasHabilidades y Software:
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos relacionados con la seguridad funcional automotriz y el cumplimiento del proceso ISO26262 es ventajosa
- Experiencia adicional trabajando en proyectos que involucran unidades de control electrónico con grandes OEM automotrices o proveedores de primer nivel, así como proyectos para unidades de control electrónico basadas en tren motriz, es beneficioso
- Proficiencia en aplicaciones informáticas como Microsoft Project y Microsoft Office es requeridaCualificaciones:
- Poseer un Título en Ingeniería o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia es necesario
- Experiencia previa en gestión de programas para el diseño de hardware eléctrico es preferida
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en un proceso típico de desarrollo de productos es necesario
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar eficazmente las comunicaciones y expectativas de los clientes internos y externos es esencial
- El individuo debe ser reconocido como un jugador de equipo por el Líder del Proyecto y su equipo.
- Una sólida comprensión de las expectativas de los clientes es imperativa
- Una colaboración estrecha con las Ventas de MPS es necesaria
