About the Job

  • Implement strategies for key marketing functions such as email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and data analysis and testing.
  • Provide management and maintenance of the HubSpot platform, including workflows, forms, landing pages, and list management.
  • Identify sales funnel leaks and strategize methods to improve lead engagement and conversion.
  • Provide recommendations on SEO and SEM best practices, including backlinking, search engine indexing, and keyword strategy.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and reporting.
  • Research, track, and analyze end-to-end customer behaviors using tools like Hotjar and implement findings into marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth strategies that improve the customer experience and optimize conversion.
  • Establish and maintain scalable campaign and lead management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure operational processes and goals are aligned.
  • Be self motivated, detail oriented, and accountable.

About You

  • Post-secondary education in marketing or related relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • A solid understanding of trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience:
    • Overseeing paid advertising and email marketing campaigns.
    • Using HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and other tools in our martech stack.
    • Managing social media accounts for B2B brands.
    • Running A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Contributing to inbound and outbound marketing programs.
    • Evaluating the customer journey and optimizing for conversion.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with web accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
