Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in utilising data to drive decision-making, optimize performance, and enhance the audience experience within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns. Perform statistical analysis of data and use tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and present these to internal stakeholders. Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with digital, data, and IT teams, as well as key internal brand stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology developments within the IT/digital industry, specifically around data and data warehousing.
Requirements
  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with deep knowledge of relevant relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of data sources, data organisation, and storage.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong experience in reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Business Objects, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools, including dbt and Microsoft SSIS.
