Responsibilities:
- Book inperson and virtual appointments for our practitioners as per the patient's request.
- Bill patients and keep accurate records of all insurance information, payment methods, and product purchases.
- Keep uptodate patient records, including all medical information provided by doctors and diagnostic labs, while being respectful of patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness standards by vacuuming, emptying garbages, wiping down bathroom surfaces, washing, drying and folding clinic linens when required, and restocking supplies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of treatment types/fields of practice of each practitioners in order to better facilitate patient questions and help guide appointment bookings when needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Knowledge of Jane app software an asset, but not required. Must be able to quickly and effectively learn new software programs, otherwise.
Opportunities for growth exist in this role as we are looking to add more practitioners and will be running classes from our studio space in the basement of the clinic.
