We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Careplus Assessments Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as required.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and send invoices as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Mentorship: Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Support: Assistance for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
