Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station.

This role is a hybrid position with the requirement to attend the office on an as-needed basis.

About This Role:


Reporting to the Procurement Manager and following Company policies and procedures, you will be responsible for supporting daily administration of the Procurement Teams within the Procurement and Supplier Relations Centre of Excellence.

This contract position will work 35 hours per week commencing May 2024 and ending August 2024.

Job Type:
Full Time, Temporary Contract (4 months)

Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:

  • Currently enrolled in a businessrelated program at a university or college.
  • Possesses strong time management and organizational abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with intermediate skills in Word and Excel, along with adept dataentry capabilities.
  • Capable of multitasking effectively and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exhibits exemplary customer service skills and can effectively engage with individuals across all levels of an organization.
  • Aligns with Arbor Memorial's core values of integrity, trust, teamwork, belonging, and excellence.
  • Possesses logical problemsolving abilities and demonstrates sound judgment in decisionmaking.
  • Maintains a strong commitment to service excellence, quality, and effective communication.
  • Adaptable to changing workloads, conflicting priorities, and concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Granite Team with updating SharePoint based database, including but not limited to:
  • updating formatting,
- finding missing information,
- making corrections,
- following up with branches or vendors on issues or missing details

  • Support General Procurement and Performance & Analytics:
  • Organize data as requested in support of various projects and initiatives
  • Clean up Policy & Procedure Documents
  • Upload content to company intranet
  • Other duties, as required, in support of all Procurement Teams; Pricing, Bronze, Analytics, etc.
