About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team at Sultan Fine Foods Inc. as a key member of our purchasing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Source and procure high-quality goods and services from suppliers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
    • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings
  • Contract Administration
    • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report on contract performance
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present reports on purchasing and procurement activities
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
