Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups, comprised of approximately 5,000 users.

The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for improving, supporting and maintaining the SharePoint platform

Note:
Night and Weekend work may be required.
Provide support for SharePoint and Power Platform custom developed products/applications
SharePoint solutioning and development
Trend analysis and reporting on service
Add users, control access to document libraries, and set permissions.
Ensure sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
Review usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
Keep up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
Technical Skills
Advanced Knowledge of SharePoint
Content Management
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
Minimum 3 years experience as a SharePoint administrator.
Software Development and Application Support experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
