The Role


As the first point of contact in our office, our Front Desk Receptionist is crucial in shaping our client experience.

This role suits someone organized, friendly, and efficient in task management.

You'll also assist with creation of marketing materials and office communications using tools like Canva and Constant Contact, with training provided as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle phone calls with clear and pleasant communication
  • Perform data entry tasks, such as updating customer information and maintaining records
  • Assist with clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments
  • Assist with preparing real estate documents
  • Support agents and staff with various tasks in office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Greet and assist visitors warmly
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in data entry and typing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Independent work ethic
  • Can provide own transportation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • English proficiency; Mandaring/Cantonese skills advantageous
