**Exigences du poste**:

- **Académique **:Diplôme universitaire, BTS ou maîtrise en travail social ou domaine similaire, ex : psychologie, sciences sociales. Préférence accordée aux travailleuses sociales couvertes par l'ordre.
- **Expérience de travail **:Violence conjugale, plaidoirie, organisation communautaire, CLSC ou Direction de la protection de la jeunesse pour connaître les ressources. Connaissance de l'approche systémique, féministe et ethnoculturelle.
- **Langues **:Français pour l'intervention et pour communiquer et discuter avec les autres services. Anglais et une troisième langue (parlée et écrite) pour l'intervention.

**Responsabilités et tâches**:
**Hébergement**
- Superviser le séjour des clientes et aider les femmes à préparer un plan de départ ; adresser et examiner les demandes des clientes pendant le séjour.
- Évaluer, intervenir, référer et assurer le suivi des clientes issues des communautés ethnoculturelles.
- Participer aux consultations, accompagnement, traduction/interprétation au besoin, plaidoirie, référence et soutien pendant leur séjour et pour les services externes offert après l'hébergement.
- Informer l'équipe s'il y a des problèmes de nature culturelle qui pourraient limiter l'intervention.
- Responsable des consultations et services liés à la violence conjugale pour les clientes.
- Discuter avec l'intervenante pour les enfants ou l'équipe quand les enfants sont impliqués.
- Supervisez par la directrice des services sociaux

**Compléter les rapports écrits de services et données exigés pour les statistiques**

**Services Externes**
- Connaissance d'une troisième langue pour travailler sur les cas de violence conjugale des clientes reçues aux bureaux externes, qui parlent une langue autre que le français ou l'anglais.
- Suivi des ex-résidentes au bureau de Laval ou Montréal. Les clientèles des deux bureaux se verront offrir, selon le nombre et le type de demande, des consultations individuelles et/ou en groupe.

**Programme de sensibilisation **:Fournir de la sensibilisation à la communauté dans une langue spécifique au besoin.

**Représentation à l'externe **:Quand elle est dans une position senior, il peut lui être demandée de représenter l'organisation lors de réunions tenues à l'extérieur, où elle devra représenter l'organisation sur des thèmes clés comme les contrats institutionnels et de services, les projets pilotes et les comités de travail.

**Exécuter tout les autres tâches **liées à cette position au besoin, pour rencontrer les buts du BASF.
- Poste régulier 30 heures par semaine (possibilité de travailler 35 heures/semaine)
