Clinical Advisor

Job Summary:
The Clinical Advisor will provide clinical support, mentoring, and guidance to social workers, human relations officers, and community workers in the care of individuals with complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, update, analyze, and assess activities in social programs.
- Provide clinical support, mentoring, and guidance to social workers, human relations officers, and community workers.
- Develop and deliver training and workshops on best practices in social work and community services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement programs and services.
- Provide guidance and support on psychosocial issues, ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent differences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in social work and community services.
Requirements:
- University degree in social work.
- Four (4) years of pertinent experience in social work or a related field.
- Membership in the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux du Québec.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Cree or French is an asset.
