OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Experience:1-3 Year(s) in Administrative, Customer Service and Office Experience

Education:

High School Diploma, college preferred with HVAC or Administrative Diploma

Duties:

  • Maintain and update Quickbooks online
  • Maintain and update HVAC Service Fusion database
  • Record all transactions
  • Responsible for accounts payables and receivables
  • Balance subsidiary accounts to reconcile accounts
  • Prepare financial reports for management review
  • Responsible for registration and warranties of systems
  • Liaise with office staff and technicians
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of products
  • General office duties as required
  • Other responsibilities as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks and basic accounting
  • Strong customer service focus, ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and understand others
  • Excels in a busy, everchanging environment; action oriented individual.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers utilizing MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards
  • Knowledge of HVAC database Service Fusion an asset
  • Knowledge of HVAC services an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$16.00-$23.00 per hour
