  • About The JobWe have an exciting opportunity in the role of Tenant Coordinator who will be a key member of the Menkes Condo Rentals Team responsible for all activities related to the management of rental suites. In this capacity, the Tenant Coordinator will handle a wide range of tasks, supporting the Management Team with the end objective of providing excellent tenant relations to tenants, in keeping with the Company's standards of excellence.


This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience and enhance your skills in the growing field of rental suites management, working with premier rental properties.


Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and tracking service and maintenance requests including coordinating access and troubleshooting minor service tickets.
  • Verification of invoices and backup for accuracy.
  • Preparation for moveins, including upload of leases, tenant information and movein documentation in the system and the setup of keys, key releases and welcome package.
  • Preparing documentation package relating to moveouts, including notices, inspection forms, deposit refunds and closeout communications.
  • Administrative support for the Team including responding to call, enquiries, organizing files both digital and hard copy and preparing reports.
  • As required, assisting with activities related to the rental and leasing of suites including showing and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of postsecondary education
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience in a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors would be preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to deliver high quality results while working under multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
  • Must be comfortable around domestic animals/pets
