As part of the Property Management team, you will deliver dedicated customer service to one key tenant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain tenant spaces through refresh and repair of premises, recommending improvements.
  • Assisting with setting up small events and minor furniture moving.
  • Maintain and respond to service requests through Angus.
  • Respond to calls to triage further requirements.
  • Escort contractors.
  • Order supplies.
  • Monthly fire extinguisher inspections, janitorial inspections, change light bulbs where possible.
  • Track + document vendor rates, purchase orders, + payments
  • Provide exemplary customer service by supporting business requirements and timely completion of tenant requests.
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholder partners, communicating with all levels in the organization including senior and executive management.
  • Be available on mínimal notice to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in the event of an emergency, crisis, or incident response.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills:
  • Drive maintenance of tenant offices by providing excellent client service in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities and conflicting timelines
  • Strong problem solving + decisionmaking skills:
  • Able to clearly communicate concepts, processes, + assignments to external vendors
  • Exposure to/experience reading and interpreting basic floorplans
  • Strong communication + collaboration skills:
  • Able to work in a team and align a variety of stakeholders on a variety of facilities + property deliverables
  • Able to effectively engage with all levels of internal + external stakeholders + vendors
  • Available to work 5 days a week inoffice, and to work weekends/overtime/oncall as needed.
