This is a non-managerial position.WHAT YOU WILL DORespond, investigate and resolve client inquiries via various communication channels in a prompt, courteous, and professional mannerMaintain record of requests for follow up purposesEstablish and nurture positive relationship with clientsOther office duties, administrative tasks, and ad hoc projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as requiredWHAT YOU WILL BRINGBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field of studyMinimum of 1-year experience in the financial industry with trading or brokerage experience preferredLanguage fluency in English and French, written and verbal is requiredExcellent communication skillsProficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, OutlookCustomer service experience is preferredSelf-initiated, fast learner with a positive attitudeOrganized, detail oriented and hardworking characterAbility to work in fast-paced and challenging environmentKnowledge and experience with trading platformsUnderstanding of online investing products & servicesSuccessful completion of CSC, CPH & TTC (Trader Training Course) courses.
