Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound call centre.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their clients' shortterm and longterm investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • College Diploma or University degree required
  • Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written)
