As an HR Technician, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to integration, hiring, payroll, time management and any other activity in support of the Corporate HR team.

You will ensure the reliability of the information in our HR systems and you will be the main contact for the Payroll team.

You will also take ownership of some of the team's projects.

THE ROLE:

  • Participation in the integration of new employees in conjunction with the managers;
  • Preparation of employment contracts and other administrative documents;
  • Responsible for time management: verification, reminders, sending data to payroll;
  • Creation of electronic employee files in our payroll software;
  • Management of disability/maternity files interface with our insurer and update of our followup tables;
  • Training management: registration, administrative management, software updates;
  • Management of HR department invoices;
  • Update of HR, CSR and OHS indicators;
  • Taking charge of some HR data analysis;
  • Respond to various administrative requests from employees;
  • Support to the 2 HR business partners as needed;
  • Preparation of communications for arrivals, departures, changes and other memos;
  • Taking charge of certain projects to optimize our practices.

PROFILE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good writing skills;
  • Organization, priority management, attention to detail;
  • Comfortable with computer tools;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Assets: Knowledge of Kronos / Dayforce-HCM.
