What you will do:


Under the direction of the Senior Dean, Longo Faculty of Business, the Associate Dean, Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) works closely with colleagues at Humber College and other academic institutions to further enhance and expand upon existing collaborations with academic and industry partners - as part of establishing Humber as a world leader in business and entrepreneurship.


The Associate Dean, CPL is accountable for providing academic, management, administrative leadership, supervision, and direction to employees, students and industry partners.

Responsibilities include the development, implementation and delivery of seminars, workshops, e-learning programs and courses, CPL certificate programs (post-secondary and non-post-secondary) and part-time programs offered by the Longo Faculty of Business.

This role also develops and works with industry partners across the GTA, Canada and internationally to provide programming that satisfies direct industry needs.

Additionally, the Associate Dean, CPL is responsible for hiring, supervising and evaluating faculty for CPL programming and for marketing and promoting these offerings to the business community.
