As a Billing Specialist you are part of our back-office finance team that supports third-party administration.

**Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for our clinics to drive timely filing of thirdparty billing
  • Provide a fresh outlook to the team and lead the optimization of our billing processes
  • Maintain and update patient files with accuracy and an attention to detail
  • Lead compliance efforts and assist with managing hearing aid inventory in our clinics
  • Lend your wisdom in supporting special projects as they arise

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proficiency with computer and MS Office are required

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant medical billing experience is preferred
  • Committed to providing phenomenal customer service
  • Professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Detailedoriented in reviewing work to ensure accuracy
