Job Title: Billing Administrator, Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation and processing of customer invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect and enter orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support billing and collections.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a billing or administrative function.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience working with NetSuite or similar programs is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal business communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
