We are currently seeking culinary team members to join our new kitchen team.

As a team member, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and preparing food items.

Skills required / Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least 2 years of kitchen experience.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods to continuously perform essential job functions.
  • Basic knife skills required.
  • Ability to prepare and mix basic recipes, as well as knowledge of food service equipment use and maintenance.
  • Effective teamwork and mínimal supervision skills.
  • Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize the workstation area, including tables, shelves, walls, convection oven, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
  • Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists and assist others in opening and closing the kitchen.

$18.00-$21.00 per hour
