Who You Are

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition Specialist seeks out the gems in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture.

As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition Specialist finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.

Reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

A Day in The Life

Responsibilities:

  • Screening + hiring in a highvolume environment for hourly and salary roles within the guest support org at lululemon's contact center.
  • Interviewing internals and externals for high volume for peak season (June to December hiring season)
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders such as hiring managers, HR business partners, compensation and GEC operations leads
  • Responsible for ensuring a diverse slate for all roles, utilizing a myriad of posting sites and sourcing strategies to attract and include diverse backgrounds and viewpoints.
  • Impacting and influencing business decisions with talent trends and strategizing closely with TA Manager and senior leaders on hiring plans and strategy
  • Engaging in the market and community to build our footprint
  • Manages the scheduling and logistics of all internal hires, including background checks and onboarding processing

Must haves:

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Experience with HRIS (Avature and Workday) is an asset

Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Well versed in job posting on a multitude of platforms

Multi-tasking is second nature - plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities

Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills are a must

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
