full-time House Manager to work with the Principal to manage a large home and assist with a diversified range of business, cultural and domestic interests.

Typical hours Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and communication support
  • Manage a comprehensive administrative and projectrelated filing system
  • Manage the flow of the household with deliveries, trades and phone
  • Maintain a detailed contact system
  • Manage sophisticated events with VIP guest lists, as well as entertainment arrangements
  • Manage personal errands.
  • Basic household financial management
  • Manage an extensive wine collection
  • End of day security and systems check in the household

Qualifications

  • Other qualifications_
  • A minimum of a BA
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with digital technology and computer literate; experienced with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
