Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of MBI Brands products, stores, restaurant locations, special events and promotional products; etc.
  • Managing the website inquiries for both Mary Brown's and Fat Bastard Burrito brands
  • Managing app related inquiries and guest recovery through mobile support and use of internal portal
  • Assist the Marketing Department with the execution of marketing programs as required.
  • Partner with other members in Marketing and Operations Departments to elevate guest experience at our restaurants
  • Analyze and provide regular updates on guest feedback trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience
