Welch LLP is currently looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to support the clients of our Family Wealth Advisory practice.
Duties and Responsibilities
Spearhead the initiation, closure, maintenance and transfer processes for client accounts. Support the Personal Financial Planner in crafting insightful monthly and quarterly reports, designing impactful presentations, and compiling comprehensive year-end tax reporting packages. Maintain meticulous records of client contacts and essential documents using our CRM system. Assume full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring data integrity and swiftly addressing any urgent matters that may hinder progress. Handle various financial transactions including processing cheques, electronic fund transfers (EFTs), and client withdrawal requests. Provide clients with accurate and timely information tailored to their needs. Collaborate with internal and external partners to seamlessly coordinate information and tasks, and assist in coordinating meetings. Organize and execute engaging events for clients. Track and follow-up on pending transfers with carriers. Perform immediate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders regarding missing information, supporting documentation, information discrepancies and unclear instructions. Establish and facilitate new client accounts within the relevant systems. Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail to ensure all service standards are met. Additional responsibilities, duties and special projects as identified.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in related industry or role Completion or enrollment in Canadian Securities an asset Experience using CRM's Proficiency with the full MS Office suite Experience with paraplanning and working in the investments and insurance industry. Superior organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Proven accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skills Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships and work within a team environment Ability to represent self, office and organization in a professional, positive manner at all times Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French a asset)
