Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members in term renewals and provide best next steps based on their current wellness state.
  • Answer member inquiries related to term deposits, investment options, and make referrals accordingly.
  • Build rapport with members, ask questions to uncover their needs, research details available, and recommend solutions that fit their financial journey.
  • Convert all points of contact into relationship banking and use CRM to prompt member milestones.
  • Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective and innovative solutions.
  • Work harmoniously with others, use diplomacy and tact, and encourage collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven networking, relationship building, client acquisition, and asset gathering abilities.
  • Must have proven experience building Financial Wellness, specifically MFDA, portfolios.
  • Working knowledge of the investment industry and products.
  • Accomplished expert user of software programs to maximize time management and the member experience.
  • Must have demonstrated service abilities and be able to ensure that members have the proper financial tools that fit their current financial journey needs.
  • Must be flexible and prepared to work hours established to meet member service demands in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in dress, tone, flexibility, and communication always.
  • Must be able to work well with a minimum of supervision and able to organize and effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
