YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Provide outstanding administrative support under the supervision of the CIO of Information Systems and Technology.

Assist in decision-making while responding to various planning, travel, presentation and other needs.

Draft, proofread and format various reports, documents, tables and internal and external correspondence for the I&T management team.

Correct, revise, translate and publish various communications.

Prepare and process various purchase requisitions.

Keep the agenda up to date.

Prepare invitations to meetings, webcasts, meeting reports, presentations and agendas.

Ensure and coordinate the technical logistics of certain events, in particular team workshops and webcasts.

Make travel reservations and complete expense accounts.

Manage and process various information and confidential documents.

Ensure that important information is sent to the right people (employees, department heads, directors, VPs).

Maintain a clear, precise and well-documented filing system.


Act as a resource person during the integration of new employees (access requests, requests for IT equipment, transmitting company culture, responding to various requests, etc.).

Support members of the I&T management team with various administrative requests.

Support various confidential projects as needed.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A college diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies or other relevant training.

8 or more years of relevant experience.

Good knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GSuite.

Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.


Organizational skills and autonomy essential, thoroughness and attention to detail, good team spirit, resourcefulness, a good sense of initiative, able to work under pressure.

Respect for confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

Striving for continuous improvement in day-to-day work.
