Our team lists, assembles, markets and sells land suitable for redevelopment. We work with property owners, investors, and premier developers to achieve their goals. This is a full-time on-site Junior Broker role.

The Junior Broker will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brokers in all aspects of their day to day duties related to commercial real estate sales and development.

This includes market research, analysis, preparing financial reports, assisting in deal negotiation, and interacting with clients on behalf of the Senior Brokers.

As part of the team, the Junior Broker will provide excellent support in the land assembly process to help achieve the best outcome for the client.

Must be a licensed real estate agent or in the process of obtaining your license
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and sales process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with online real estate databases, such as Paragon (MLS) or AUTOPROP, is an asset
Must be able to work on-site in Vancouver, BC
