Responsibilities of a Freight Broker Agent:

  • Prospect for new customers and build strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Source carriers and providers for your customers and book shipments in our Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Track deliveries and ensure carriers provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Collect commissions and manage your revenue generation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of logistics industry-related sales and operations experience.
  • Existing book of business or ability to build one from scratch.
  • Exceptional qualities, skills, and connections.
