We have an immediate opening for a Office Administrator/Receptionist to join a small growth-orientated team. No remote work. Hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Position Profile:
- Reception duties
- Data entry
- Processing work orders
- Receiving
- Invoicing
- Job costing
- Tracking inventory
- Assisting management in daily tasks
- Misc office tasks
- Timecard entries
Qualifications/Skills/Core competencies:
- Demonstrated ability in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, computer skills, learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently
- Greet people in a pleasant manner and direct them accordingly
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact effectively with other team members
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Professionalism and positive attitude is a must
- Reliable
Salary:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour
