Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks within our clinic to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage the practitioners' calendars.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process insurance claims, dealing with WSIB and MVA claims and handle billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies for the department.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering highquality patient care.
