- Minimum 5 years of administrative accounting experience
- Minimum education: College diploma
- Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Strong computer skills: MS Office
- Must be a selfstarter, and able to work in a quiet office environment
- Interest and ability to learn about the company's projects and assist accordingly
Duties
- Bookkeeping / Accounting for the firm
- Accounts receivable/payables
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly financial reports
- HST & WSIB monthly reconciliation and payments
- Bi
- Receive packing slips against purchase orders
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Manage shipping and receiving including customs and international documentation
- Answer/direct incoming phone calls
- Order parts as required for shop
- Keep office neat and tidy
