As the Manager, Marketing Data & Analytics, you will be at the helm of driving data-driven excellence within our marketing team. In the ever-evolving landscape of residential construction, data is the currency that fuels growth, innovation, and strategic decision making. In this role, you will work collaboratively and closely with the IT team, encompass strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. Whether it's optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing customer experiences, or shaping long-term strategies, your proficiency in data analysis and natural curiosity will be pivotal in shaping Empire's data-driven future.

This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization

Bonus If You Have These Skills:

  • Played an important role in a corporate data transformation project
  • Can analyze operational data to create attribution models, based on business rules, for accurately attributing an omnichannel sale
  • Analyze historical data to create predictive models for customer behavior, market trends, and campaign outcomes

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Establish clear objectives and success metrics, direct performance, measurement, reporting, and digital marketing platform analysis, translating these to executive-level stakeholders and audiences
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources across the business, including the corporate website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising, search engine marketing, CRM system, marketing automation platform (email), customer databases, and third-party tools while ensuring quality data
  • Leverage company-wide sales and marketing data, analytics, and insights to identify opportunities, while creating a culture of success-sharing, and continuously improving sales and marketing strategies for continuous growth
  • Track the performance of all corporate branded campaigns and in-depth analysis to optimize and utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives
