You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing projects, focusing on the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across both on and offline channels, working with internal resources, cross-functional teams, and external agency partners.
This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON .Post-secondary education in related field
3+ years' experience in a project management capacity; prior experience in marketing agency environment an asset
Project Management certification an asset

Project Coordination and Execution:
Create clear and attainable project scope, objectives, and requirements by leading the initiation, planning, controlling, monitoring, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously
Efficiently receive and assess incoming marketing requests, using project management platform while allocating tasks to appropriate team members based on roles and responsibilities
Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on projects while navigating the corporate landscape with finesse and diplomacy
Marketing and Tech:
Understand entire marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion under digital and offline marketing/advertising campaigns and navigate complexities of web development, execution, and digital advertising
