A fast growing and key service area for our customers is legal and business services - with over 1,000 of our customers relying on our team for corporation management, such as preparation of incorporation documents, annual maintenance of minute books, and other corporation matters.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management of our paralegal team (2 individuals)
  • Management of our client tracker
  • Receiving, processing, and assigning the paid services to our paralegals and other team members
  • Addressing member questions and solving issues along with the paralegals
  • Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • College diploma/university degree or equivalent
  • Supervisor/managerial experience is required
  • Experience with incorporations, dissolutions and minute books is preferred
  • Experience with legal office administration would be considered an asset

  • Superior attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize appropriately
