We are looking for a bright, organized, and creative
Communications Manager to join our high-performing Marketing team.

This position offers great growth potential, as we are looking for a strong strategic communicator who desires to own the execution of our external communications strategies across public relations and industry events in our target regions while managing and building media relationships, and driving thought leadership in our industry.

The Day-to-Day:

PR & Communications

  • Manage and grow GlobalVision's public, media, partner and analyst relations programs globally.
  • Identify key industry trends and topics of interest relevant to GlobalVision.
  • Write and pitch press releases and bylines, and develop and propose plans for opportunities in each region/market.
  • Manage GlobalVision's social media accounts to share company news and content with our followers.
  • Track and report on key PR KPIs.
Events, Webinars & Tradeshows

  • Research and vet new event and webinar opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Design, budget and plan events and webinars with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and execute on all event logistics including vendor negotiations, sponsorship deliverables, booth design and furniture, branding, shipping and AV and system requirements.
  • Work crossfunctionally to manage plans for audience acquisition, sales engagement, and followup strategies.
  • Build out crossfunctional playbooks for scalable processes.
  • Lead inperson event supplies and branded items management; oversee inventories and place orders.
  • Track and manage the events budget and submit and manage eventrelated invoices with our Finance team.
  • Liaise and manage agencies, vendors and stakeholders during the planning process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and CS teams to educate and inform them of all events and webinars, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and followup.
  • Track and report on key event KPIs.

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with demand generation and thought leadership events such as Trade Shows, Conferences, Webinars, Workshops, and Roundtables.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple work streams and you are highly skilled in project management.
  • You are comfortable working with crossfunctional groups and executive leadership.
  • You are a leader and problem solver with an eye for collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • A passion for event management and a willingness to travel to events as needed.
