Olympic Service, a division of Olympic International Sales, is rapidly growing, and we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Kelowna team We specialize in servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment, such as Daikin Comfort, Daikin Applied, Aermec, and various other products.

Olympic International Service
#The Service Coordinator role is the primary point of contact for our employees and customers. The Service Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties, coordinates a range of day-to-day business operations, and managerial services or office duties.
Olympic International maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. Front line to customer calls and service inquiries
Stay in touch with technicians on the job, answering questions and solving problems including tracking parts, staying within service limits, and obtaining appropriate customer approval
Following up with customers to meet their service resolution process
Anticipate and plan for increases/decreases in service volumes, shifting resources in response to seasonal and other fluctuations
Record and distribute information to appropriate departments, including site information, service issues, sales opportunities, and safety issues
Office and warehouse coordination, management of shipments, inventory, and office supplies
Maintenance of job and admin files, report formatting, work report management, and taking meeting minutes
Managing fleet maintenance schedules
Providing scheduling and logistic support for meetings, events, travel or field schedules, and reservation arrangements
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, including personal agility and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, collaborative individual with strong customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude; Education, Licenses and/or Certification, Experience Required
Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience; experience in an HVAC environment is considered an asset
Previous experience in dispatch and contract administration is considered an asset
