About the Position:

The Inside Sales role aims to foster and strengthen relationships with prospects, leads, and existing customers using technology while upholding the fundamental principles of personal connections.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in inside sales activities, such as prospecting, closing sales, understanding technical requirements, and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve department and organizational goals by fulfilling unique requests.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and branches to enhance problem-solving and boost sales.
  • Execute orders, provide delivery information, and handle stock-outs.
  • Address client challenges, communicate with decision-makers, and enhance sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, engage in educational opportunities, and manage CRM databases.
  • Contribute to major account management and maintain control.
  • Make a minimum of 30 productive calls daily, support call center operations on Mondays, and prioritize customer service excellence.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and support teams, maintain vendor contracts, and provide tailored customer reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • High school diploma as a minimum qualification.
  • 5 years of customer service experience meeting sales targets or 2 years in outbound call centers preferred.
  • Strong customer relations skills, emotional intelligence, and teamwork abilities.
  • Driven, results-oriented, with excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software like ZOHO, and motivated by sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, competitive spirit, and domain-specific knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success record, deadline-driven with exceptional communication skills.
