Rotation/Shifts:

  • Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 8 hour shifts (22:30 06:30).
  • For information purposes only
  • The Hospital reserves the right to change.

Responsibilities:

Basic Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent;
  • Minimum 6 months recent experience working in a Contact Centre or equivalent experience in answering/processing calls as a main responsibility in a busy fast paced computerized customer service environment requiring extensive multitasking;
  • Successful completion of TOH medical terminology selfdirected learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
  • Data Entry (4000 k/h);
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills;
  • Strong organizational, time management, oral communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
  • Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
