- Analyser les problèmes d'équipement et apporter des corrections sur le terrain, en travaillant souvent de façon autonome.
- Répondre aux réparations d'urgence chez le client de manière calme, efficace et professionnelle.
- Interagir avec les clients pour leur fournir une assistance technique
- Conseiller le personnel du client sur le bon fonctionnement de l'équipement et les procédures d'entretien de base.
- Obtenir la certification légale pour le métier de technicien accrédité de Mesures Canada (accréditation fournie dans le cadre du programme de formation).
- Maintenir l'aire de travail et l'équipement de façon ordonnée.
- Rédiger des rapports de service et des certificats d'étalonnage soignés et précis.
- Participer aux séances de formation de l'entreprise, sur demande.

**Profil**:

- Expérience de l'inspection, de la réparation et de l'entretien de systèmes structuraux, mécaniques et électriques. Une expérience en réparation/étalonnage de balances industrielles est un atout.
- Permis de conduire de classe 3
- Capacité à lire et à comprendre les manuels techniques, les plans et les schémas.
- Capacité à traiter efficacement avec les clients
- Il s'agit d'un emploi pratique, sur le terrain, qui exige de travailler dans de nombreux types d'environnements différents.
- La licence professionnelle est un atout
- Une licence professionnelle 310T ou 310S est préférable.

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze equipment problems and make field corrections, often working independently
- Respond to emergency repair at customer site in a calm, efficient and professional manner
- Interface with customers to supply technical assistance
- Advise customer personnel of proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Complete Legal for Trade certification as a Measurement Canada Accredited Technician (Accreditation provided as part of the training program)
- Maintain work area and equipment in an orderly manner
- Write neat and accurate service reports and calibration certificate
- Attend company training sessions as requested

**Profile**:

- Experience with inspecting, repairing and maintaining structural, mechanical, electrical and systems. Industrial scale repair/calibration experience is a asset.
- **Class 3 Driver License**:

- Able to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
- Able to deal effectively with customers
- This is a hands-on, in the field job that requires working in many different types of environments
- Trade license will be an asset
- 310T or 310S trade license is preferred.
