Manager, Ingredient Science and Technology
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical laboratory procedures in the chemical and microbiology labs.
- Collect and maintain testing data on projects and ensures all proper documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide project status information to the relevant team members.
- Prepare and develop standard operation procedures for laboratory testing.
- Maintain equipment and manage consumable supplies within the laboratories.
- Prepare reports with data obtained in trials.
- Support R&D processing activities and analysis for crossfunctional projects.
- Train personnel as required on all techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with coworkers and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
