Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or computer science.
Proven track record of managing multiple IT projects concurrently 5+ years period.
Experience with the standard MS Office tools, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
Experience managing software upgrade project , overseeing activities such as upgrading existing software systems, implementing new versions or patches, and ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.
Proficient with the traditional waterfall project management methodology , including an understanding of its principles, phases, and best practices.
Experience in managing multiple suppliers and complex contracts.Experience in budget management, including status reporting and forecasting.
Training and experience in best practice project management techniques and processes.
Experience developing and implementing technology projects and business process initiatives designed to improve efficiency.
Experience working with, effectively communicating to, and delivering formal presentations and recommendations to senior management within a large organization.
Experience gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements from key business areas.Experience leading an interdisciplinary team of technical and business resources effectively.
Extensive and proven experience managing stakeholders and an ability "to bring people together".
Must have excellent people skills, excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing.
