About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at the CNIB Foundation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of our Come to Work Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure the project team is on track to meet key performance indicators and targets.
  • Document knowledge, processes, and resources related to project delivery.
  • Gather data, testimonials, photos, and other materials that showcase the success of the Come to Work Project.
  • Develop and submit project reports to the Government of British Columbia as required.
  • Track and record all project-related costs and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to research and identify potential funding opportunities for the Come to Work Program.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with potential funders under the guidance of the Executive Director.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or public sector environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding and championing of diversity and accessibility issues.
