Project Lead, Program Transition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at the CNIB Foundation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of our Come to Work Program.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure the project team is on track to meet key performance indicators and targets.
- Document knowledge, processes, and resources related to project delivery.
- Gather data, testimonials, photos, and other materials that showcase the success of the Come to Work Project.
- Develop and submit project reports to the Government of British Columbia as required.
- Track and record all project-related costs and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to research and identify potential funding opportunities for the Come to Work Program.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with potential funders under the guidance of the Executive Director.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree or diploma in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Experience working in a non-profit or public sector environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Proven time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and championing of diversity and accessibility issues.
