Project Lead, Program Transition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at the CNIB Foundation. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of our Come to Work Program in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure the project team is on track to meet key performance indicators and targets.
- Document knowledge, processes, and resources related to project delivery.
- Gather data, testimonials, photos, and other materials that showcase the success of the Come to Work Project in the province.
- Prepare and submit project reports to the Government of British Columbia as required.
- Capture and track all project-related costs and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to research and identify future funding opportunities for the Come to Work Program in British Columbia.
- Assist in establishing and stewarding stakeholder relationships with potential funders under the guidance of the Executive Director.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree or diploma in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Experience working in the non-profit or public sector is an asset.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
